Joshua Liebow

Joshua joined MPE as a Principal in 2024 and currently serves as a director of Inkcups. Prior to joining MPE, Joshua was a Managing Director at Manulife Investment Management and most recently served as Co-Head of Manulife Junior Credit, which focuses on providing junior capital financings and equity co-investments to private equity backed portfolio companies. Joshua served on both the equity co-investment and junior credit investment committees.

Joshua initially joined Manulife in 2004 through John Hancock’s Bond and Corporate Finance Group where he focused on private placements in the industrial and transportation sectors.  He joined Manulife Investment Management (fka Hancock Capital Management) in 2007 and focused on leading the underwriting, execution, and monitoring of junior credit and equity co-investments in middle market companies. His role also included the underwriting of private equity fund commitments prior to being named Co-Head of Junior Credit in 2021.
