T.J. joined MPE Partners as an Associate in 2024 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2026. Prior to joining MPE Partners, T.J. was an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he was a Consultant at Deloitte.
